It’s Lalbrew’s Nottingham yeast. I’m using it, from now on, for my Altbiers and Kölsch-style ales. I like the wider temperature range that the yeast can handle since my fermentor is kept at whatever the room temperature is, at the moment. Also, I can pitch the yeast at a little higher temperature. Since I don’t have a wort chiller, I like that.
