Do you think they think Republicans would pass a bill designed to use state funds to feed hungry children that simultaneously *only funds initiatives in left-leaning cities* (mostly Chicago!) and *funnels millions in federal dollars to private tech companies for no explicitly stated reasons? Do you think they think that wails actual happen?
