I'd like to have a (reactive) database for nostr, that abstracts away the streaming stuff. Does this exist? Should I write it? It is quite hard to maintain efficiency and consistency when talking to multiple relays.

How do other clients do this? Any libraries that go beyond nostr-tools? Wondering what the recommended design is.

I guess this is a good weekend to study some other implementations like gossip, damus, snort...
