If I pay for a service on the web or through an app, I expect

zero ads
no tracking cookies
minimal direct marketing
no data "sharing" with partners without a separate opt-in (it can't be buried in the EULA)
human tech support (not an AI bot)
the ability to download all of my data and content whenever I want
strong measures to protect my personal info, and full deletion if I leave

If you're not willing to do all this, don't bother with your startup.
