It appears Bitcoin is just warming up before the 5th halving in April 24. Certainly the ETF and ease of Institutional and individual adoption it creates is a positive and block reward halving will accelerate this trend.
IMO meaningful adoption will only occur when markets inevitably crash through the weight of the massive debt Governments and individuals have blindly gorged themselves on.
