I used it before, i forgot why I went with bostr1 this time....Damus relay for example has heavy ratelimiting, hard to sync with it now

Wouldn't it help a lot to fetch missing posts/replies? If bostr or any relay tool could go back in time a little bit, it would be easy for solutions like Ditto to stay up2date with the nodes it's syncing from.
