I also have a psychologist (every 6 weeks) a psychiatrist (every 3 months) and a mental health coach (once a fortnight) and a mental health place where I go to do art journaling led by a qualified Art Therapist. (Every week, and I can go to other things pretty much every weekday if I can get there). I know you were probably joking and I love you for it - but I am so, so, so, lucky!!
