I know the definition of ‘free speech’ thanks. I think the only thing that’s gonna work would be as free as possible. And spaces with different levels of censorship. We don’t have total freedom to DO anything, eg murder, in most countries and that seems to suit most people fine. but we should have the freedom to continue a discourse about it and the freedom to challenge organisations if they authorise it. Total freeeeedom to say and do anything ain’t probably ever gonna fully happen anywhere, and I doubt it would create a productive, functional society if it did eg people would just end up eating and raping and killing each other and living like the purge.. From what I’ve seen of humanity I wouldn’t be hopeful for it lol. If you focus on extremes that aren’t fully thought through, you won’t end up changing anyone’s mind anyway
