I was in a Walmart years ago and there was a super bratty kid throwing a fit because its mother wouldn't buy some toy. An elderly man walked by, looked at the kid and said (very loudly) while pointing his cane at the mother, "I'd beat that child. I'd beat it." I laughed my butt off.
