My #iPhone has taken to pocket dialling people, usually the last contact in my call list. It does this while locked with PIN or Face ID req'd to unlock. How?!? I don't believe I've any emergency or accessibility setting in place that could have random rattling about in a pocket dial a number but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ #iOS
