In the past I've used oyster sauce for Chinese string beans. Of course being #vegan I don't use traditional oyster sauce anymore & the vegan one on the market has way too much sugar. I decided to create my own using mushrooms because they tend to mimic seafood. Here it is, if you've been missing that unami Chinese string bean dish like I have 😋😍
