so I *think* this is an lnbits issue but not sure (obvi). when i plug his address into lightning decoder I get both max and min amount set to 14400000.

when astral queries his lnurl it doesn't get any params back. if I hard code params amount to 14400000 I get an 'invalid amount' error when fetching the invoice.
