lol just discovered that the procedure I'm having done, is done without any form of anaesthesia or sedation. 😭

People that I've talked to said that having the iliac veins stented open while awake was the most painful and traumatizing thing they've ever had done. The stent gets deployed in an area by the spine, and it feels like your spine is being cracked in half.

So what was supposed to be a very joyous day for me is now underlined by extreme anxiety and fear.
