My current solution is increadably buggy, I use the environment variables to force Breeze-dark as my icon theme and Kvantum as QT and QTQuick theme but some apps like Tokodon don't respect theming so for those most icons are missing and all QTQuick elements remain white. controvercial take, theming QT apps is horrible unless you use KDE!
