I can very much relate to this - I was always working and very deep in startup + hustle culture during my 20s (listened to too much Gary Vee back then lol). I felt like I needed to "be doing" / be productive all the time. I can't believe it now when I look back, it's a very deeply entrenched fiat mentality - but it helped me in many ways. It also eventually lead to burnout and incredible growth so I am grateful for the experience. Rather than living life in "by me" mode, I am far more in "through me" now - "being," allowing, and then doing; taking guided action.
