I think they lost before 2016 and they know it since then. Since 2016 the only thing happening till now is their pawns and the normies being informed about it. It just takes that long. Because those being informed is a huge mass and therefore a huge power. Good thing it is incapable to self organize. But can't take no risks. Who knows, pwrhaps if you overpush they would find a way to organize themselves. So it is going slow. Very boring. But safe.
