Don't they know that if they put out Elder Scrolls 6 then the riots would be quelled?
The market would restore. The US election would be even more ignored (easily "fixed"). The powers that be would have a all-crowds-uniting mythology-language by which to rally all, labelling whatever irl event/person by Elder Scrolls terms.
