I hope when you (that's everyone who sees this) see a photo on Mastodon, you click/tap on it to see it as large as your device will allow.
We photographers put some effort into our photos and the thumbnail in your timeline, doesn't usually do it justice.
Also, sometimes, you see more when you view it at a larger size, as your eyes get to wander around the photo more.
