I've watched the clip several times now and noticed that though Trump clutches his right ear/right side of face with his right hand, later in the clip, just before the fist pumping, his right hand doesn't appear to have any blood on it. These are things you kinda notice when you've been a nurse. It's unlikely he had time under the table there to wipe it all off his hand as a little blood goes a long way. It's a mystery.
