This is bugging me: friend posted a quote about keeping children from social media until age 18 because it is destroying them. But what really gets me is this quote says that the “data is unequivocal, unambiguous, and crystal clear”. Um no. That’s not how “data” works. Ever.

Sigh. Critical thinking isn’t hard. I doubt social media is destroying children, but no science works that way. To say nothing of the fact that this “data” was nonexistent on the *social media* post against social media.
