Can you believe that there is yet another hurricane in the Gulf of Mexico? Yes, hurricane Rafael passed over Cuba yesterday and is now in the gulf. Fortunately, knock on wood, according to a storm tracker I looked at, it is supposed to move west and then south a little degrading to a low-level tropical storm while still in the middle of the gulf.
