I genuinely think, based on conversations I had, that people bought the lie ‘vote Labour to get rid of the Tories’ - one that was repeated by the BBC and Gruaniad to name two prominent culprits.

What remains to be seen is whether the SNP can campaign properly on what they have achieved and contrast that with the lies that people voted for in the Westminster elections.
