yep! it's funny how I've noticed the pausing and finding the right wording to ask questions and see if it's a "safe" person to share opinions with from both myself and others also. always makes me grin when I get someone who does this....the relaxing of their shoulders and sigh of relief whwn they realize they can speak freely is absolute gold!
