As a father, grandfather, and great grandfather, I've come to understand that God gives us these experiences so that we can viscerally understand how much He loves us.💖

When I was a child, I understood at some simple level that God had sent His Son, Jesus, to die for me. But then when I held my first child in my arms, I said, "What? How could God possibly have done that for me?"😳

Then, with the first grandchild, my head exploded and the entire proposition expanded immensely.🤯🫂
