There are a lot of things that annoy me about the liberals on here, but there’s one respect in which they’re doing better than most leftists I see on here these days:

They aren’t saying “The bad thing is inevitable so I might as well…”

and that could be

“…give up”

Or

“…by action or inaction, contribute to making the bad thing happen.”

“…because if the bad thing’s going to happen anyway it doesn’t really matter, right?”
