#WritersCoffeeClub 9/26 Did you come to writing from an avenue other than reading? (Film, TV, oral storytelling, ect)

I mean, I had to know how to read before I learned to write, sooo...?

Before I had the guts to establish myself as an author, I was a theater artist. I'd create shows and then script them as an afterthought, but the story was generated through improv. I learned more about storytelling and writing from this as much as anything.
