If the TikTok ban isn't unconstitutional, then the Constitution isn't worth the paper it's written on. This law is absolute garbage.

It doesn't just cover TikTok or ByteDance. It vests in the president the power to designate *any* company from a "foreign adversary country" as a "foreign adversary controlled company" and ban all their applications.

Congress are a bunch of fascists. Biden is a fascist. Fuck those people.
