Linux idiot question: I have a system booting and automatically logging in -- system console lands at the CLI. Is there a way to have a script execute at login and have its output piped to the console terminal? As in: I power up the system, an account is automatically logged in, a script runs, and then I see the output of that script scrolling in the logged-in console?
