I am so delighted I was able to put down the new rug under the table that I decided to defrost some catfish and maybe broil it. I’ve never cooked catfish before but I thought ‘Why not test your wings on something else today!’ It is snowing again. I left the curtains at table slightly open. It lets in a draft but is quite pretty. I still haven’t lit a fire, depending on the little space heater that seems to be doing very well.
