My ADHD in action: last time I was supposed to get my hair cut I got stuck in traffic and missed my appointment. It took me 8 months to phone back and book in again, when I did I didn’t have my card on me to pay the deposit so I said “I’ll call you back” I kept meaning to and remembered on a Monday, the day they’re closed, but last weeK finally remembered on Tuesday and went and got my hair cut today.
When was that original appointment? 10th November 2022.
