The "use of the identity" means you can publish your work under this name.
I was in a situation, when I had my own work (as a graphic designer) and clients, but wanted to do something different time to time. I wasn’t sure how to link my regular work with bitcoin related projects, so I started No Good Kid.
Some creators might want to stay anonymous for some particular project, but don’t want to start a whole new online identity to promote their project.
So they can become No Good Kid and use the audience that is already built.
The point is NOT to make a smoke screen for illegal projects, but to create a space and audience for like minded people who want to create but don’t want to start their own brand and build audience.
The concept of shared identity is something new to me and I’m sure it will evolve.
