It was basically a hustle, writing grant after grant to get money to cover salaries for not just me but the whole team. If you didn't get enough money the university was like well, it's been real.... Meanwhile they've hired layer upon layer of administrator to...have meetings. Pure corporate garbage. But I'm not bitter 😂
