we really do not get the hate against command-line usage. we agree its got sharp corners, its unintuitive to learn what commands are available, and GUIs should be preferred where possible. but the way people go rabid when you even bring up needing a terminal emulator for something is just like. the inverse of elitism. elitism about being as helpless as possible
