I was only drinking 1 cup so I'm okay but last time I quit caffeine I was drinking like 2 litres a day and the withdrawals made my muscles cramp up and I slept 3 hours a night and had flu symptoms and it lasted two weeks.
Why must the most delicious drink in the world curse me so much 😭
