So got a couple TP-Link Tapo cameras set up, including one to watch the plants that the deer were chomping on last night. Overall it’s a pretty good product, but if you buy one, throw away the screws they include with it. They’re complete junk, and I ended up leaving two of them in a beam where I first tried to install the camera. The second install I used screws from my own stash, with Robertson heads, rather than Philips, and of serious enough construction that they won’t shear off in piñon.
