For sure. But what I'm telling you is that oil is a complicated market. There are fields which are only profitable at a certain price due to the technical difficulty of extracting it. Fracking in particular can be like that.
We've seen a ton of fracking turned off due to political issues, but most of these people that objected for environmental reasons or whatever will either change their mind or be ignored when the choice is "no fracking" or "no food"
