Idk, there are so many books and so little time. I don't believe trad published books are categorically better, some people have privileged access, you know? But I would say that a LOT of self published books are not so good. That doesn't bother me. I don't believe in gatekeeping. Anyone can publish and that's how it should be. I love to connect with other authors through reading their books - can't do that with trad.
