Capacity to learn means capacity to find signal, capacity for high communication.
We are only individuals because our cells commmunicate in such a tight way that they act as one.
Our brains may be a director, but our cells also "want" to be together. The brain doesn't "control" it assumes and trusts.

How can we make that for ourselves? Communication and organization so that we all want to work together?
Need to facilitate better communication.
Hence, build better educational systems.
