I am writing a note on the question "how much longer can software based products (which includes Internet based products and applications) sustain their apparent immunity against liability for flaws, failures, and security vulnerabilities?"
I am kinda wondering what company or product will be the one that finally throws the liability door wide open. So far my bet is on Tesla.
