Today is #InternationalHomelessAnimalsDay - and that’s something fairly close to my heart. I’ve been homeless. I’ve lost beloved companion animals because of it. And this shouldn’t just be about rescuing those animals, although that’s important - so please, donate to a local shelter or RSPCA if you can - but also consider what it might be like if you were forced to make that choice. My life has gone splat more times than I thought possible. Be kind, it’s not an easy choice, ever.
