We've been enjoying the French-style country bread I made so why not dive into something different?

To be honest I picked the quickest recipe they had, none of this resting overnight to develop character. My shaping skills need practice so a few were pretty rough. That being said I’ve never tried this and it was fun, plus they are being eaten by the kid at an alarming rate.
This recipe, cut in half, didn't have malt powder used a bit of molasses:
