This is something. Icelandair’s in-flight entertainment system is produced by a third party for them. The Icelandic parts of it are supposedly handled by a translation company that the third party employs. It seems that the translation company started using AI and the quality is terrible and no one at Icelandair group noticed until a passenger complained.
