I believe the current Labor plan is to retain the express bus between woden and the city and have light rail in addition.

But it will be interesting to see if that was to happen if usage dramatically changes like what happened with the old Red Rapids.

There was an overlap of the Red Rapids with the operation of light rail. My understanding is that the Red Rapids had a masive reduction in ridership, but it was always planned to remove that service.
