Not really to Ukraine though, but to 'Murican arms manufacturers/dealers... Ukraine is basically just a massive money laundering operation for the military industrial complex. A lot of Israeli oligarchs were/are involved too (eg. Ihor Kolomoisky, owner of Burisma and Bidens' business partner).
