Okay, there is a dish called #ChickenScampi. Never heard of it before, t. b. h., but it’s a thing. It’s a pasta dish that does indeed contain chicken. It does not, however, contain any scampi (Italian for shrimps).

So – next time you cook #vegan for a group of people that probably contains that one person that likes to complain that ‘vegan chicken’ is a misnomer and should not be allowed to be called that way – why not serve some ‘vegan chicken scampi’ and a very good argument? 😈
