I just got back from 3 weeks in Asia. I ate everything I could get my chopsticks around! Still down 10 lbs.
And I got my workouts in! Strength held level, which is all I hope for when traveling. Most of the loss is fat/water.
More passive cardio (walking), and lower glycemic index (sugar vs HFCS).
