You can add a note on anybody's profile page, where it says 'Click to add note.' They won't see this note. It's for you, so you can remember why you blocked someone (e.g. 'white fragility,' 'mansplaining,' 'Karen apologist') or perhaps why you followed someone! ('hot journalist')
