Yes, that's a very good point. There are essentially two ways to do it, one is with HD keys, and one is open ended. Each has trade-offs on complexity, utility and security. If there is an appetite for it, we could add a section on HD keys, or make that mandatory. But I wanted to just put something out there, first.
