Seriously, this is not "people can disagree about things" or "you should accept constructive criticism" thing. If you mock people for wearing PPE, getting vaccinated, or otherwise protecting themselves, the most charitable possible interpretation of your behavior is that you're an asshole. If you defend it, you're also an asshole. This is really simple.
