Sometimes I feel like the internet is going backwards in some things. I miss that pristine Internet where you would connect for a few hours using dialup connection and every session was a discovery, and every web was different from the rest.

Now, for 90% of the population, everything is just centralized in 5-10 websites ran by multinational companies. Internet was cool when those actors didn't care about it and it was really free :)
